WEDDING GOWN +SPECIAL GARMENT ALTERATIONS

We will require you to book a time to bring your garment in and to be accessed and quote given prior to commencing the work on your garment. At that time, we will let you know. how many fittings will be required to give you a perfect fit. The time required to complete your alteration will be dependent on, our current bookings as well as the complexity of your requirements.

Your booking is only secure after you have paid your booking Fee.

During peak wedding season we may require between 8-10 weeks to complete your alteration needs. So please contact us to book your garment in as soon as possible, as we get booked out months in advance. our best advice is to contact us on ordering your gown, so you are not disappointed, as we can only work on a specified number of gowns in any Calander month.

also, our best advice, is to not underestimate the alterations required till you have tried on your finished gown when you pick it up from your retailer. 

on request, we can accommodate short timelines, however they will attract a rush fee, to accommodate you, and to cover the overtime. this applies to gowns that are viewed under 8 weeks before your desired delivery date. required to complete your garment. [rush fees are charged on a sliding scale pending how much overtime is required to complete your gown]

**please note you will be required to bring your gown into our studio to give you a price. we are highly professional and will not quote you online or over the phone. it's important to us to give you an accurate costing prior to commencing any work. Which would naturally be discussed at our assessment meeting
