WEDDING GOWN +SPECIAL GARMENT ALTERATIONS

We will require you to book a time to bring your garment in and to be accessed and quote given prior to commencing the work on your garment. At that time, we will let you know. how many fittings will be required to give you a perfect fit. The time required to complete your alteration will be dependent on, our current bookings as well as the complexity of your requirements.

During peak wedding season we will require between 8-10 weeks to complete your alteration needs. So please contact us to book your garment in as soon as possible. This timeline is the duration of the job in our workroom. We highly recommend you contact us well in advance as we do book out, during peak times which are from August to May. We can do short timelines, however they will attract a rush fee, to accommodate you, and to cover the overtime required to complete your garment.

Our workroom does close for annual Christmas Break from December 23, 2024, to January 8th 2025

As January to April are extremely busy months,
